Common questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on the Pro tier, no credit card. You'll get a notification five days before it ends. If you add a card you transition smoothly to paid; otherwise your account goes read-only until you choose a plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, from Settings → Billing. Upgrades prorate immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you take my local currency?
The marketing page shows prices in USD + 8 Asian currencies so you can see what it costs you. Stripe checkout bills you in the currency you choose; Stripe Tax handles UK VAT + applicable local rules.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes — yearly billing saves roughly two months vs monthly, on every tier. Toggle above to see yearly prices.
Are there per-cashier or per-branch fees on top?
No. Each tier bundles a cashier + branch count. If you grow past them, you upgrade to the next tier — no surprise add-on charges.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You get 30 days of read-only access to export everything. Your data stays archived for 90 days in case you want to reactivate. After that it's deleted permanently.
