How cancellations, refunds, and trial-to-paid transitions work.

Free trial
The 14-day free trial on the Pro tier does not require a payment method. If you do not add one before the trial ends, your account enters read-only mode; no charge is made.
Monthly subscriptions
- Cancel any time from Settings → Billing in-app.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until that date, then the account becomes read-only.
- We do not pro-rate refunds on monthly subscriptions for partial months.
Yearly subscriptions
- Within the first 14 days after the start of a new yearly term, you may request a full refund minus any processing fees.
- After 14 days we may refund a pro-rata portion at our discretion — typically where a material Service fault prevented use.
Billing errors
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, wrong currency, incorrect tax), email the address on the Contact page within 60 days of the charge. We aim to resolve genuine errors within five working days.
Chargebacks
We work with customers directly to resolve issues before they escalate to a chargeback. Accounts with disputed chargebacks are temporarily suspended pending review.
Tax
VAT / GST / regional tax is collected by Stripe Tax at checkout and refunded alongside the subscription fee when applicable.
