Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Hostnicker Web Solution LTD for use of MobileStockPOS.

1. Who we are
MobileStockPOS (the “Service”) is provided by:
References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Hostnicker Web Solution LTD. References to “you” mean the shop owner (or authorised representative) who subscribes to the Service.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to represent your business. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe, for all activity under your account, and for promptly revoking access of any team member who leaves your business.
3. Subscriptions, trial, and billing
- A 14-day free trial is available on the Pro tier and requires no payment method. Other tiers begin paid immediately unless stated otherwise.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, whichever you selected).
- Fees are shown in the currency you select on the pricing page and charged via Stripe. Applicable VAT and regional taxes are added at checkout.
- You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you store in the Service. We process that data only to operate the Service on your behalf. Details of what we store, how long we retain it, and how you can export or delete it are in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Process data that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or authentication.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or create a derivative product from the Service.
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance on status.mobilestockpos.com. Per-plan SLA details are listed on the Pricing page and override this default commitment where they differ.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity we reasonably believe constitutes abuse. Where possible we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure the issue. On termination, you retain 30 days of read-only access to export your data and 90 days before the data is permanently deleted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
