What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. We also use similar technologies (e.g. localStorage) where appropriate.

Cookies we set

Strictly necessary — always on, cannot be disabled:

• mobilestockpos_locale — remembers which language you last used inside the authenticated app. Set only when you sign in.
• Supabase auth cookies — your session token. Set when you sign in and cleared when you sign out.
• mspos_pricing_currency, mspos_pricing_cadence — remembers your display preference on the pricing page so you don't reset it on every visit.

Analytics — only loaded after you accept on the consent banner:

• PostHog cookies capture anonymised product usage. They never read or write personal data outside the pseudonymous user ID we assign.

Third-party cookies

Third parties we embed (Cloudflare Turnstile on sign-up / contact, Stripe during checkout) may set their own cookies for bot protection and fraud prevention. These are strictly necessary for the flow they support.

Your choices

You can clear cookies in your browser at any time. Declining analytics cookies on the consent banner prevents PostHog from loading entirely — the site continues to work normally without them.

Changes

If we add or remove cookies materially, we will update this page and refresh the consent prompt.
